Halloween, as celebrated in many Western countries on October 31st, is not a traditional event in Albania. This country has its own set of customs and traditions that differ from the typical Halloween festivities known in the United States and other parts of Europe. However, due to globalization and the influence of American culture through media and entertainment, some aspects of Halloween have started to take root among the younger generations in urban areas.
Traditionally, Albania does not have a history of Halloween celebrations. The country has its own holidays and festivals that are deeply rooted in its cultural heritage.
